According to his research, we are not merely watching the river of time flow by as if time happened TO us, or we happened IN time. Science is learning that our brains are actively constructing time.

As I commented under the post itself: I love it that you reblogged this post on two different blogs – especially since my posts this week (Fri. 4/14/17-4/21/17) focused on the importance of CHANGING what we do to long-term brain health, which has confused a few folks about when to do what.
